Mentoring helps new businesses succeed, yet according to a study from Sage<\/a> only 28% of small and medium sized businesses currently make use of their business mentors. \u00a0Whether you\u2019re a mentor or an entrepreneur, a novice or a seasoned veteran, building a strong mentoring relationship and maximizing its value isn\u2019t always intuitive.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve worked together with our partners at the Business Development Bank of Canada<\/a> to develop a new series of free online crash courses. These ten minute videos are geared toward helping mentors and entrepreneurs to build strong relationships that promote business success and growth.<\/p>\n

Our Mentor Crash Course<\/a> series answers the top questions we hear from mentors: \u201cWhat\u2019s my role? Am I providing value to the entrepreneur? How do I advise on new technologies like crowdfunding and social media?\u201d\u00a0 Here are a few highlights from the course series for mentors:<\/p>\n
