It\u2019s National Volunteer Week and we\u2019ve created the following video featuring Julia Deans, CYBF CEO, to thank all of our dedicated mentors and volunteers for their significant contributions to youth entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

We are proud to be celebrating and honouring the efforts of our valued mentors and volunteers, especially during National Volunteer Week 2013<\/a> (April 21-27). Thanks in large part to the remarkable contribution of these great individuals \u2013 in the form of experience, guidance and motivation \u2013 Canada\u2019s young and emerging entrepreneurs are being given the tools needed to succeed in business.<\/p>\n

The investment of time and dedication put forward to create and foster a culture of entrepreneurship is greatly appreciated by the communities in which our mentors and volunteers serve. In addition, we thank everyone who generously gives their time as board members, advisors, Local Review Committee members, volunteer contributors for our Entrepeer Vibe e-newsletters<\/a><\/em>, and experts within CYBF\u2019s Entrepeer Hub<\/a><\/em> LinkedIn group.<\/p>\n

Our mentors and volunteers turn their passion for entrepreneurship into action, and have a significant impact on young entrepreneurs, their communities and Canada\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n

We have created a thank you card<\/strong> you can download here<\/a> to recognize your mentor and show them how much you appreciate their feedback and the value they provide to your business. We encourage all CYBF entrepreneurs to reach out to their mentors by imbedding or attaching the thank you card in an email, and why not share your praise on twitter using #iheartmentors<\/strong> or #CYBF in your posts.\u00a0Also, make sure to check out our blog campaign this week featuring fellow entrepreneurs\u00a0 thanking their mentors.<\/p>\n
