30 Canadian Entrepreneurs Represent Canada at the G20 YEA Summit in Berlin
The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) is a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them. It was established to convene each year in advance of the G-20 Summit, with the aim of championing the importance of young entrepreneurs to the G20 member nations and to share examples and practices. The Alliance was officially created at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit, Toronto, Canada, 2010. This year the G20 YEA Summit is being held in Berlin, Germany.
As the official G20 YEA member for our country, Futurpreneur Canada reviewed applications from Canadians passionate about entrepreneurship and the opportunity to join the 2017 delegation. After reviewing applications from across Canada, 30 entrepreneurs were selected to represent their country on the international stage. The Canadian delegates will travel to Berlin this spring to engage the G20 leaders and policymakers in the cause of youth entrepreneurship and to meet and network with over 400 entrepreneurs from around the globe.
