Eight Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) entrepreneurs recognized by TELUS

CYBF and TELUS recently announced a joint partnership to help young entrepreneurs soar to new heights with their businesses. As part of a $171,000 donation to CYBF, TELUS has supported eight businesses through CYBF’s program of pre-launch coaching, business resources, start-up financing and mentoring. The TELUS-recognized entrepreneurs will also be provided mentoring sessions with senior TELUS staff, promotional support though speaking, media and networking opportunities and a free Samsung Galaxy Note.

The entrepreneurial businesses were chosen following a rigorous selection process by TELUS and CYBF. After a thorough review of their business model and the strong progress they’ve made to date, the following were named as the eight TELUS-recognized businesses for 2012. These businesses demonstrate their founders’ passion, innovation, social responsibility and sense of community. Click on the links below to learn more about them:
