How connected should you be?

Competition is fierce in this day and age, and as a business owner, you need to be connected constantly. It is important you stay connected with staff and customers so you can answer questions, respond to concerns and so that staff can continue executing whatever needs to be executed. Communication can be by phone, email, face-to-face, etc. More so today than ever, time is money!

It is important to stay current with new technology so that you can connect with existing customers and attract new customers using the most appropriate medium. For example, most customers are now shopping for or researching products or services online. Are your products and services, or information about them, available online? ‘Staying connected’ also means being where the customers are!
