Our commitment to diversity & inclusion
Futurpreneur was founded in 1996 to foster inclusive prosperity by supporting the success of diverse young entrepreneurs. We have been on a journey ever since, building a strong team that spans Canada to meet young entrepreneurs where they are, making our unsecured loans with mentorship, tools and resources accessible to a broad array of young founders.
What does diversity and inclusion mean to us?
We know that having diverse voices at all levels leads to better experiences, discussions, and results. We are seen as inclusive by 95% of our employees (based on our May 2024 employee survey) and in capturing data on diversity and the challenges facing our community, we approach our ongoing commitment with intention, awareness and openness with the shared goal to continually grow and improve.
