G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance

Futurpreneur is proud to be a founding member of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA), a global network of more than 500,000 young entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.

Become a delegate

Become a delegate and represent young entrepreneurs’ interests by advising on important issues, sharing challenges, and proposing solutions. This event allows delegates to engage with government, media and other stakeholders about their experience and recommendations by G20 YEA representatives.

You will personally support young entrepreneurs, by doing at least one of the following:

  • Coordinate a media article/media appearance
  • Schedule meetings with the government and/or leaders in the entrepreneurship community
  • Arrange a visit or presentation to share learnings and G20 YEA recommendations, such as at a school, university, Chamber of Commerce, government consultation or other events
  • Actively participate in a variety of virtual meetings and training opportunities in spring/summer 2026 and a full-day pre-summit training session.

Delegate testimonials

Being a 2024 G20 YEA delegate was an amazing experience. As a Chinese Canadian, I proudly represented Canada’s leadership in diversity and support for immigrant entrepreneurs—values that align with my business. Futurpreneur’s team was incredibly supportive before, during, and after the G20 event, fostering a strong community of young entrepreneurs. This experience expanded my global perspective and connected me with a powerful network.

G20 YEA 2024 Delegate (BC)

Attending the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Summit in Johannesburg as part of the Canadian delegation was a truly transformative experience for me and for Kovida Consultants. Thanks to this opportunity, I was able to expand my international network significantly, build relationships with entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners from across the G20, and secure new client relationships as a direct result of conversations that began at the Summit.

G20 YEA 2025 Delegate (ON)

This year's G20 event was remarkable. I've had promising meetings with delegates from Mexico and India about creating new certified programs that upskill youth before immigrating for work or school. I've also had meetings with the other Canadian delegates about education collaborations. With education touching on every industry, it's been fantastic to see how we might expand our services and grow our businesses. I'm beyond grateful for this opportunity!
