By accessing and using the Futurpreneur website ([Futurpreneur.ca], the “Website”) and the features, functionality and services (collectively, the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use the Service or any component thereof. Note that other components of the Service, such as the entrepreneur and mentor portals, may be governed by separate terms and conditions. 

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Futurpreneur Canada (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Futurpreneur“) regarding your access and use of the Website. 

Age Restriction: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 

  1. LICENSE TO USE 

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license is conditioned upon your compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms.  

You may not: 

  • Use the Website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent; 
  • Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Website;

Dispute Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@futurpreneur.ca to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of submission, you or Futurpreneur may bring a formal proceeding.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Futurpreneur regarding the use of the Website. Other components of the Service and other services offered by Futurpreneur may be governed by separate agreements or terms and conditions. 

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. 

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.
